INGHAM KINDY OPENS NEW PLAY EQUIPMENT

Hinchinbrook MP, Andrew Cripps, has congratulated Ingham Community Kindergarten and Preschool on its new outdoor play areas and equipment, which was officially opened on Saturday.
Mr Cripps said he was impressed with the new nature based play areas and equipment at the Ingham Community Kindergarten and Preschool and congratulated the kindy committee and staff.
“The work by the volunteer committee and the dedicated staff to secure the grant to upgrade the outdoor play areas and equipment was a great effort and the results are terrific” said Mr Cripps.
“The kids at the Ingham Community Kindergarten and Preschool now have some fantastic additional play areas and equipment to help with their early learning and development” he said.
“The open day on Saturday was a great opportunity for people to come along and see the great facilities that our local community kindy and preschool has to offer families with young children”.
“It’s very clear that the Ingham Community Kindergarten and Preschool has excellent facilities, now made even better by the new outdoor play areas and equipment secured with this funding”.
“The early years of learning are very influential for the development of our young people and it is important for them to have a safe and interesting play-based environment for them to learn in”.
“I want to offer my congratulations to the committee members and the dedicated staff at the Ingham Community Kindergarten and Preschool on a job well done – the kindy kids will really benefit”.
Mr Cripps said it was great to see a small community kindy and preschool in Ingham secure this grant to improve its facilities and help local families access the quality early leaning they need.
